This is day 2 of my journey in fasting

Results

Day 2 went okay, I had terrible hunger pangs.I Feel sorry for my wife as I have no patience and I am very short tempered. I was still able to do my normal activities. My blood pressure also went way up, but I read it can sometimes fluctuate during a water fast.

I drank approximately 100 oz. of distilled water.

I forgot to mention that I am not going to work while I am fasting. Also, I am careful to get at least 15 minutes of sunlight every day.

Some people even say a fast can break down tumors that you may have as your lack of food causes your body to search for anything it can turn into energy if you fast long enough.

My results for the day

Weight: 154.5 lbs
Total weight loss for the day: 1.6 lbs.
Body Fat: 17.5%
Muscle Mass: 37.8%
Water: 64%
Blood Pressure: 169/98
Pulse/minute: 105

For anybody interested these numbers came from a weight Gurus scale that links to my phone and a standard Samsung wrist blood pressure cuff.

Tomorrow I will share my experience of the third day on my water fast as well as results and pictures. Let me know if you notice any difference in my appearance.
