Yes exactly! My hope is that after this cleanse, I will be able to go vegan. The Ease-out of this diet is described in the first post on the topic - it's a 3 day process - the first day being orange juice, the 2nd being vegetable broth, the third day being vegetable soup which contains chewable items, from there I hope to eat much smaller portions of vegetables, beans, legumes, rice, tofu, tempeh, etc and perhaps even raw - I will see what I can actually do. No meat or dairy, no coffee... I am hoping. I have not had dairy for a long time anyway, but I could not get rid of meat.
