Do you want to see what a feast day looks like?
Here's what I'm eating these joyous feast days.
36:12
For those who haven't been following along I do a feast famine cycle or alternate day feasting.
I water fast for 36 hours and then I feast on meat 🥩 in a 12 hour window (2-3 meals).
TUESDAY
4 egg 🥚 omelet w/ bacon 🥓, sausage, polish sausage, and some smoked provolone cheese.
Chicken sausage wrapped in bacon, deviled eggs w/ Baconaise, and a couple of chicken wings.
1 pound hamburger 🍔 wrapped in bacon 🥓.
Chicken livers wrapped in bacon 🥓.
Ribs.
THURSDAY
left over chicken livers wrapped in bacon 🥓.
Left over ribs, chicken sausage w/bacon 🥓.
Salmon filets and shrimp 🦐.
9 Hamburgers 🍔 some w/smoked provolone.
Time is ticking I gotta get eating 😋.
