Long stay in the AC room is not healthy at all

Many people like to stay in the AC room for long to escape from the agony of the heat. Someone or sitting in the AC room in the hobby or fashion show also. But be careful!

Because it is not healthy to stay in the AC room for a long time. There is a risk of being attacked from different types of disorders, doctors said.

More than likely to suffer from migraine problems. May be the problem of spine. In addition, there is scarcity of colds and cough problems and lung infection.

There may be problems like back pain or slip disks.

So abstain from leaving the AC at home or office for a long time. Keep AC close for a short period of time if needed.
