What about drinking tea?
White, green, oolong and black tea all originate from the same camellia senensis plant.
I think white is best for many reasons
Tea plants accumulate fluoride in their leaves over time, so the oldest leaves would most likely contain the most fluoride, while the youngest contain the least.
Therefore IMO white tea (which is made from youngest leaves and buds) is your best bet to reduce fluoride exposure.
White tea has more antioxidants
Most likely because it is processed less.
Minimal caffeine.
Costs a little more.
White tea is steamed rapidly and then dried. While green tea is partially fermented.
White tea has a higher level of EGCG.

It is a drug and should be treated as such. Blows my mind most people don't know or care about the population being drugged. It's a big component in Prozac and similar drugs. Used by Hitler in concentration camps to keep his guests docile and 100's of other tidbits of similar info can be found.
Keep spreading the word, People should be Hung for promoting it in any way.

The molecule is so small it takes a very expensive filter to remove it. Yes, just touching the water gives you a dose so filter big enough treat all water you use is necessary.
Then if you want to drink the water it has nothing of value left in it at that point?
So a good quality vitamin and minerl suppliment is needed.
Most people are so frazzled they don't have the time or interest in knowing this stuff, Just too scary to think about.....Pass the Prozac ! More Floride.

Very good work! I did not know that fluoride can be encountered in tea as well. Actually it's not only the fluoride that we have to worry about in tap water but also the aluminium. I had a link that was talking about that and I have to find it (but I am sure you already knew about this).
I believe that people need to get educated about making their own toothpaste, as it is not very difficult actually ( I learned about that recently).
Vitamin C can be used for sinus, throat or mouth problems actually. I learned that from Dr. Suzanne Humphries website actually.
