I am pretty sure that the majority of people live exactly how you described it. The best way to avoid problems while sitting all day is to stretch in between tasks or to get up for a while. I would also consider to walk to work, but for everyone who can't do that I would suggest to park the car further away to at least get a little bit of exercise. It's important to take care of our bodies! Great post :)
