Great post! Well written and makes a lot of sense. We just have to make a stand against dangerous chemicals. Here in Europe, we are still a lot better off than in North America. They could be better, but our laws in the EU are a lot stronger than over there, and from current developments ( the EPA in the USA) it can only get worse.

You're absolutely right. Regarding North America we really have way much better food. If I read about the Chemicals they use in Europe and knowing they use even worse ones in America, I get really sad and mad.
