All About Detoxification - Part 2(Stubborn Fat & Extracellular Fluid)

You might already be suffering the consequences due to high toxic levels in your body. You need to look at your health to understand the harmful effects toxins have on your body.

Do you feel that there is something which is not working perfectly?

Is there any autoimmune issue?

Is there any chronic degenerative issue?

Toxins are involved in almost all the health-related issues. The toxins from the environment activate our genetic expressions.

Epigenome

The epigenome is the key to life inside our cells. It gives us ability to transcribe, turn on and turn off the genetic switches. The toxins can interfere with the Epigenome and activate or deactivate the wrong systems. When there are a large number of cells in a tissue suffering from the toxic influence, the tissue is not able to perform well. We end up with symptoms or illness when a tissue is not able to perform properly.

When the rate of absorption and production of toxins is greater than the elimination of toxins, we keep accumulating them. Our body has its own 'Toxic Stress Cycle.'

'Toxic Stress Cycle'

If our liver is not able to handle the toxic stress due to the poor nutrition or too much production or absorption of the toxins, the body is not able to detoxify itself. In such a situation, our body has a backup plan to deal with the excessive toxins in the body.

'The Backup Plan Of The Body For Toxins'

When the body has too many toxins to deal with and the liver constantly remains busy breaking down the toxins, the body needs to do something about the toxins before they harm the cells.

The body starts storing the toxins in the fat cells to prevent them from doing any damage to the tissues. It stores the toxins in the extracellular matrix, i.e., the matrix around the cells. The extracellular matrix is composed of fat cells, collagen, and many other structures.

That's why it is difficult to lose the stubborn fat as it holds the toxins to protect the body from the harm caused by them. The body doesn't want to lose this fat because the toxins released will cause a lot of damage to the tissues. If you have stubborn fat around your belly or the other areas, you must detoxify your body first.

The extracellular matrix surrounds the cells and acts as a mortar if the cells are considered as bricks. It is necessary to hold different tissues and organs in place. It also acts as the protective barrier for the cells and tries to prevent the toxins from entering the cells.

The cells contain the genetic information in the nucleus and we must not allow the toxins to rupture the cell wall and mess around with the nucleus and other cell organelles like mitochondria, which is the powerhouse of the cell. When the toxins start getting inside the cells, they can cause all sorts of illnesses including cancer.

The toxins can sit in the extracellular fluid without harming the cells until the liver gets unoccupied. However, when we have a large number of toxins in the extracellular fluid, there can be further problems as the toxins cause the free radical damage.
