it's just to the point, dear!
I excluded sugar from my life and used other sweet products like syrops, natural ones, and I ate fructose, added to my tea, but I've read it's not useful either, I mean not fruits, but fructose made of them.

now I'm lost. Sugar is danger 100% but what to choose now as alternative... maybe brown sugar?

Stevia is one alternative you can try, it's a sweetner made from plant and has 0 calories. You can also add honey which is much safer.

don't like stevia taste at all:(
