The six secrets of humus
Nowadays, the use of humus in medicine is considered to be one of the best detoxifying therapies that are absolutely harmless.
The curative clay can be greenish, yellowish, pink or white depending on the minerals that predominate in its composition.
Humus is used to treat both skin and internal diseases. Humus nourishes the skin and regains the elasticity of dry and torn hair. The curable clay has an analgesic and soothing effect on arthritis. It absorbs accumulated toxins in the digestive tract. It works well in colitis, gastritis, kidney disease, atherosclerosis.
Healing clay is recommended for anemia, spring fatigue, intense mental and physical activity, pregnancy.
When the animals are sick, they are looking for ponds where there is loamy soil, as clay has passed its curative properties to the water. Washing the face with humid water will keep your skin longer without wrinkles and other imperfections.
The healthy and beautifying properties of the humus have been known since the time of the Egyptians, who made curative clay compresses and healed wounds. They also used it in mushroom poisoning, and also in the mummification process due to its antibacterial effect.
It is good, a few days before being used, to expose the clay to direct sunlight and air. Healing clay should be well baked, crushed and cleaned from impurities. For medicinal purposes, the pure oily Humus is used.
As a prophylactic, you can drink Humus water every day before breakfast. 1 tsp Humus is put in one glass water. Once it has settled, only the clear water is drunk. Humus water is also recommended for psoriasis (using the whole mixture together with the sediment). At the beginning, drink one spoon of the mixture, then two, until it comes to three lies a day and the solution density is constantly increasing. The side effect consists of the changed fecal color. If the urine causes constipation, it is a sign of the presence of too many toxins in the body (constipation is conspicuous to use the human). Go to a weaker humus solution and drink it in small sips before eating.
The solution of 1-2 tsp. human in 100 ml. water is an effective drug in paradontosis and inflamed gums. Humus therapies have a beneficial effect on dandruff. The curable clay is allowed to stand in water until it dissolves and no poultice is applied to the hair. It sleeps like this and is only washed with water.
Composts of humus pulp have a beneficial effect on enlarged veins. The legs are dipped for 10 days. You can prepare and ointment of equal parts of humus and lard and remove the diseased areas with the mixture.
