Meditate, learn how to stop thinking and focus on you breathing! Do this as soon as you wake up in the morning when your mind is still some-what calm. It will take a week or to to learn because your mind is not use to not think.

The stupid dreams that I have every night are a big part of this.

Dreams are not real but the feelings when you wake up are!! This helps you to recognize the feelings you walk around with!

You gonna be okay, this is just a life changing period, that's all.

Great advice, I am going to take this meditation seriously. I need a better solution that is not pills.
