@ Caffeine intoxication by consumption of excessive energy drinks.......we should keep in mind
Today we talk about caffeine intoxication by excessive consumption of energy drinks .
Energy Drink is the most popular among most young adults and adolescent people. Almost all Energy drinks contain caffeine in it which is above the safety level. According the Drug safety level caffeine consumption safety level daily is 400 mg and below. But most of those energy drinks contain 50 to 500 mg.
Minor caffeine intoxication sign symptoms are anxiety, insomnia, palpitation, panic attack, mild agitation, jittery movement, gastrointestinal problem, headache.
In severe cases there could show hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia, tachycardia, psychosis, severe agitation, seizure.
So the next time you consume energy drinks, keep in mind that there are some side effects of excessive caffeine in it. So be aware about excess consumption of energy drinks.
