Body Building is a passion and it can be mentioned as a very popular sport in the world. Good looking body means a lot and adds value to the society and among friends. There are hundreds of body building programs but what is needed is following a good instructor. Proper and strategic plans are needed to be body builder. Huge dedication, self belief and devotion are needed for body building. It should be done in an organized format. At first select a good instructor, then follow his instructions and in this way you can be a very good Body Builder.

You have to consult with a certified trainer after measuring Body dimensions and body weight. You can also consult with a good physician in case you have any special condition. A realistic goal and detailed plan can be really handy in building body properly and effectively. You should be really careful in selecting the Gym or The instruction to follow. Your workout schedule should not be more than 1 hour at the beginning of your body building mission. You need at least two days of complete rest each week. Otherwise it can be harmful for your body.

Your workout and diet should be in proper manner. Adequate water and fiber should be available in your diet. Start your exercise with warm-up on regular basis. Your muscles should get enough rest. Firstly, you need to stick to basic movements, then in advance level you should do compound movements. You should follow correct form of exercise you do. You should increase your body weight gradually. Keep proper track of your weights you are lifting each week and try to increase gradually. Be cautious about using big weights or it can be dangerous for you.

Protein is very important if you want to build your body. Try to eat it at maximum level. You should take enough vegetables and fruits. Enough sleep and enough rest is mandatory in the mission of body building. 8-9 hours of sleep is necessary in each night. Avoid smoking, alcohol and maintain a very healthy lifestyle. Try to eat red meat as much as possible. You can make enough sex as good for body building. Your body need sodium, so take enough salt. You should take at 180-240 gm protein per day. You should have enough belief in your own workout plan.

You need motivated gym partner, avoid unmotivated. You should be really careful regarding rapid muscle loss or weight loss. You should be really careful about your food. You should not miss taking food at proper time. Try to participate in local body building competition. You should not think that day off is wasted time. You should also have good life outside the Gym. You should know properly about various requirements of body building and also have to have enough knowledge on various supplements. You should not take any supplement without knowing well about this. You should develop a gradual interest on body building. You should praise other body builders. At last I want to say that, you must be self motivated to be a Body Builder.
