How to make your body less prone to Diseases..

Hello...!!

I think this is worth sharing with others so I  found out that how can we make our body less prone to diseases by decreasing the acidity in the blood. It can be done by increasing alkaline food in the diet. 


What is the alkaline state...

Whatever we consume each day have an impact on the acid and alkaline balance on the body. it can be measured by determining the pH value of body's fluids and tissues.

On a pH scale of negative 4.5, which is very acidic,  positive 9.5, which is very alkaline.

Our body can be considered healthy if we have a pH level of 7 or above.


What happens when the body is too acidic?

When the body is too acidic we tend to get disease very easily because in acidic body our immune system gets compromise and cant protect us from even small temperature change and we get cold or running nose.  highly acidic blood can not fight with bacteria. The body constantly tries to balance the pH level and in order to do that, it decays calcium from the bones and teeth to fight with the acidic state of the body which results in low bone density and teeth problems. Our body organs don't work efficiently in the acidic state.  

                                                               


How to alkalize your body..

Now we have got the idea that what an acidic state of the body can do to us. As we know, the food we consume every day has an impact on our body's pH level. So, rather than consuming acidic food, We should include some foods that are not acidic, doing that we can help our body to maintain the balance.  I am not saying to completely remove the acidic foods from the diet, We just need to add some alkalize food to our diet. 

So, which are the acidic foods ...

Sugar comes first in this list and moreover, grains, certain dairy products, fish, processed food, meat, sodas, high protein foods, and everyone's favorite coffee.

As I said earlier, it is not like you have to stop eating this all, you just need to incorporate some realize food in your diet to balance the system. If you eat junk food more often then just increase the alkaline food in your diet. limit your coffee intake to maximum 2-3 cups.

What to add to the diet??

Consume more of green leafy veg.

lentils 

beans

fruits

herbal tea

Good fats such as avocado, olive oil, almonds, walnut etc.

Ohh great content and upvoted for the valuable info.

Its better to take apple cider vinegar with little warm water in the empty stomach at morning. It will help to alkaline your body and also helps in detoxifying body.

Spinach is full of iron and other nutrients and it is believed that spinach juice has the ability to alkaline your body.

Yes... I take ACV in the morning and sometimes lemon water... it helps in alkalize the body...

Great sir, please have fenugreek water also in morning...additional always try to stick to only warm water
