cheers for this @tauseefkhan since Apr 2017 myself & my wife have been regularly going to puregym ,including personal trainer classes .Can I please ask do you have any abs exercises our 12 year old daughter can also do as she is in a cheer-leading class & a specialist teacher came up from London last weekend & asked all the girls to do abs & arm exercises .
