Train smart, not hard! Harmonizing breath with training

A lot of people go to gyms or train at home! The motivation varies, most people want to feel better and look better, get slimmer or more muscular.

Health is power, health is good mood. In my opinion loosing kilograms is not the best motivation, as it puts pressure on yourself and takes away the joy. But if this makes you doing sports, take it!

The most important thing while training which I think the minority thinks about is to harmonize your movements with your breath.
When you make a movement you inhale, when you make the reverse movement you exhale.
You may know it from yoga, but you need to take it into the gym, too! This will make your training much, much more effective.

Train smart, not hard!!
You inhale through the nose, you exhale through the mouth. Your movements do not need to be fast.
Doing so, you will quickly harvest, you will feel calm, relaxed and not exhausted! More oxygen will flow through your body, you should even notice better eyesight during the exercises! Also you will not feel like you need to eat a ton of food after the exercise.
