The WARNING which comes with SUN-GAZING: #3 of upcoming TRUTH SEEKING SERIES
It was rightly pointed out by @teamsteem yesterday there can potentially be dangers involved with sun-gazing. This is one of the subjects I will be examining in detail in my upcoming weekly series.... tentatively named 'TRUTH SEEKING'.
So, if you are going to try this, you absolutely must do adequate research first ....unless of course you are confident of your instinctive connection to Source Energy and the way in which it guides you.
My personal rule thumb is simple:
I free my mind of all fear & lifetime of conditioning to never look at it... and if it feels too bright... well then...
I STOP LOOKING AT IT!
I took the above shot when @sebcam and I began sungazing in London 5 years ago. Our personal experience with it has been nothing but wonderful and we have both had our eyes checked... and we are fine.
But unquestionably, we did hours upon hours of research before beginning this ancient and forgotten practice.

CONSCIOUSNESS & INSTINCT - where does it originate and why are we here? We are capable of so much more than we currently understand! Our reliance on 'the system' has left us blind to our own abilities.

wow you are interesting. I like the way you think... this post is out of the box.. it is beyond normal people would think because they are normally go with the flow.
To follow blindly that which has come before is no way to evolve as a species.

It's important to do the research on this one...
But for sure you can access the light in other ways. We don't need our eyes at all in fact ;)
