favorite juice cleanse

I always TRY to drink a sufficient amount of water as a part of a healthy habit but most of the time i don't ( i just don't get thirsty !!!)
so i make sure to drink juices instead , and orange is my favorite because it's delicious and have many benefits :

  • contains many antioxidants, which helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles on the skin as well as nutrition.
  • Prevent kidney disease and gravel.
  • rid the body of toxins(blood purifying ) .
  • Facilitate digestion and soften the bowels because orange contains fiber.
  • Treatment of influenza and cold.
  • Strengthening the immune system in the human body.
  • Prevention of various infections.
  • Reduce the body's high temperature.
  • it's easy to prepare : use orange juicer .. Soften the resulting juice with water.. Add some sugar to it.. Add a few cubes of ice if you want to drink a cup of fresh or cold orange , and that's all .
