Case 2, that's almost opisthotonus in these cases I think. Brain inflammation leading to pressure in the spinal fluid? I've been wondering about this.
Yeah, I think you're right.
As symptoms of brain inflammation (head banging etc) decrease, the toe walking seems to decrease, I started to notice.
