How To Keep Your Body Fit??
If you maintain some rules you can try to fit your body...
Step 1:
Before sleeping at night, eat 1 glass milk, one teaspoon honey and a glass of fresh water.
Step 2:
In the morning Drink at least two/ three glasses of water in empty stomach.
Step 3:
Increase the amount of food Almost 4-5 times.
Step 4:
Sleep at least 7-8 hours at night. And rest for 1 hour after eating at noon.
Step 5:
Try to eat a little calorie meal, rice, vegetables and pulses.
Step 6:
Try to don't eat fan or straw rice, bread.
Step 7:
Eat two eggs a day. Try eating 100 grams of nuts every day. At least 250 grams of milk every day.
Step 8:
Take a quick walk or eat food on the way.
Step 9:
Excluding food will harm the body.
Final Step:
Do not exercise excessively.
