There is a big obesity epidemic in the world, people all around the globe are getting bigger and bigger each day that passes.
Lack of food was always one of the biggest problems and concerns of humans since our specie exist, but today, surprisingly, there is millions of people concerning about excess weight.

The problem is that if you do what your body wants you to do (eat carbs), your body will start again to use the new energy you just eated, so it will end up never touching the fat stored in your body.
