I hope you all are fine.

Today I am going to share importance tips of health because according to me this small factor effects very big.



•Important points for health•

(1). Answer the phone by left ear.

(2). Don't take medicine with cold water

(3). Don't have heavy meals after 5pm.

(4). drink more water in morning ,less at night.

(5). best sleeping time is from 10 pm to 4 am.

(6). don't lie down immediately after taking medicine.

(7). when battery is down to last bar don't answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times stronger.

We know these things and take it lightly but they can make a huge impacts in our life.
