If you tell people to cut out fat and they listen to you , you are directly responsible for killing the steemit users that follow this bad advice,low fat ( cholesterol) is the main reason for Alzheimer's disease . Alzheimer disease did't even exist 40 yrs ago umm??? what changed o that's right we removed the fat and replaced it with sugar.

The main stream pushes to eat less fat and exercise more if that propaganda worked we would be the healthiest people on earth but in fact we are the sickest.

If you have a fat face its because you are fat and need to lose the weight there is no such thing as spot exercising (Facial Exercises) to loose a specific area of fat.
