How to lose 1-5 lbs of pure fat a day! Just for steemit users only

Hi steemit my name is Mario i'm at 100% success rate of everyone that has honestly done my new method of weight loss . It deals with the cause of weigh gain and not treating the symptoms (effects) . This is not some magic pill or clickbait , i challenge all steemit users to try this, as the benefits go well beyond weight loss, so lets get this party started.....

Skip till you see ****** if you not interesting in my background. 

So to start this of i like to do a brief history of myself , I was morbidly obese all my life when i was a child i was the only fat kid in my whole school and of course was bullied relentlessly for it . Even back then i tried every pill and fad you can possibly imagine and some you can't , And of course they all failed because i did't understand the "WHY" ( purpose) of fat and kept putting my logic before my grammar. I honestly couldn't tell you how much i weighted when i was at my max , as the scale only goes up to 500 LBS but i would guess 600 to 700 LBS.  

One of my reasons for losing weight was because i won in my state championship to compete in the world championship gaming and was going to be on a reality show for ultimate gamer, during my audition the guy that interviewed me bluntly told me i was to FAT FOR TV, and robbed me of my chance to win 100,000 dollars. the other time i was told i was to fat to win a competition was when i entered defined fitness Fitness Revolution , I lost around 100 lbs in 90 days but was told that they didn't want to show a picture of me with my shirt of to offend the crowd , since i finished 220 lbs with 9% body fat . They instead gave the grand prize of 15,000 dollars to a guy that only lost 20 lbs but looked thin.  That was the day i finally decided to loose weight . The other reason i will keep to myself .


I am honestly looking to get back the money that was denied to me years ago via steem by telling you my story i hope you guys will not make my same mistakes that i did.


So after countless failed attempts for years , i decided to take a completely different approach and stop being a sheep and listing to mainstream media , and got all my information via the deep web . Here's What i found out . It's a combination a multipliable things and all of them will be addressed list start with list .

*******1. Hormones: There are 3 fat blocking hormones, they are  cortisol (stress), insulin(sugar) and estrogen that have the power of blocking all 6 fat burning hormones stopping weight loss.

2. Vitamin & Mineral  deficiency : You know this as cravings , you body requires you to have all 90 essential nutrients in order to function properly if you don't have them you will never be satiated .

3. Malabsorption: You can be on the best diet in the world but if can't process that kale what good did it do you eating it?....it didn't

4. Emotional eating : Eating just out of boredom , anger , sadness. 

5. Lack of sleep: All of you fat burning is done while you sleep if you can't get to rem sleep you will not loose weight. 

6. Addiction: Yes you can become addicted to anything , especially food since its designed to be as addicting as it can be.  

7. Hidden Foods That STOP Weight Loss: Any thing that contains any form of sugar or simple carbohydrates . your going to have to eat at home until your skinny as most food contains this. 

8. Too much calories*: this only matters towards the end of your journey but its a main factor in why you might stall losing weight. 

9. Eating more than 2 meals per day : Ideally you only want one meal per day this is know as intermittent fasting. but you can have a 2nd meal 4 hours later to maintain maximum weight loss. 

10. Every thing is good in moderation myth: It only take a small about like 5-50 grams of sugar to knock you out of fat burning mode & and it will take you 2-5 days to get back into it. It's NOT worth it ! zero cheat days

11. toxic overload: unless you have a water and air purifier you will be have more toxins in you system making it not work ( burn fat ) as effectively as possible because you are dealing with that.

12 Exercise myth : Your body is not a furnace it is a biochemical electrical machine calories in does't = calories out.

13. Not getting enough cholesterol : If you not getting fat in you body you will not lose weight example ( its like a gambler with his last dollar ever he will hold on 2 that dollar with his life,however if he knows that a constant supply of money is coming in next week he will bet that dollar the first chance he gets.) 

14. Quiting to soon: Most people can't get past the first week of switching into ketosis because of either the strong sugar addiction or the severe headache you will get if you don't continue reading.

This list encompass the why (Grammar), let us get into the how it works (logic) & what to do about it(rhetoric).


1. Hormones : Let's start of with you fat burning switch this is also know as insulin . Without getting into to much detail insulins main job is to remove sugar from the blood . Insulin (sugar) has to be at zero before you body will switch to ketosis ( fat burning) because your body is running on sugar until it is depleted . Insulin is will block leptin which is tells your body you are full aka you will not stop feeling satiated until leptin receivers are activated. This doesn't mean on the blood glucose machines should be zero it should be normal like 80-100 but your body will naturally make sugar you don't need any from food. if its low just eat anything and it will go up . only if its really low should you eat honey or coconut (brown) sugar to prop it up and thats mainly if your going to sleep . never sleep with it low or you will die.

Corisal (stress): so you think cutting calories will work to loose weight if your stressed ? nope , here's why : your body is try to help you survive if there is a lot of stress in your life it normally meant that your life was in danger . aka something is trying to kill you . so your body being smart as it is trying to protect it's most vital organs . Which happens to be around the stomach area and that's why you get a pot belly there , in order to cushion the blow ( so to speak)

Estrogen: i am a man and this is the subject i know least about but i do know that Fat Cells Make Estrogen so the fatter you are the harder it will be lose weight and the easier it will to store it as thats what estrogen does. 


2. Vitamin & Mineral  deficiency : 1936 U.S. Senate Report: Soil Depleted, 99% of Americans Nutrient Deficient , steem this was 80 years its only gotten worse since then, but its not just America that has this problem its a global epidemic heres why . the 1st reason is we switched to electricity , before Thomas Edison electric stove we used WOOD, and what do you think we did with the ashes? That's right we put them on our farms so that the plants can pull out all the minerals and vitamins out of that smelt, But nobody realized they where cutting off our food supply , don't worry it gets much worse. 2nd reason we dammed up the rivers , there are around 900,000 dam's world wide and people wanted them for flood control , BUT what they didn't realize is that they also prevented the Re-mineralization of the earth from the excess drain off they thought it was a good thing. Right now if you look at the Hoover dam you see i white line and it keeps getting bigger and bigger as we lose more water. What everyone missed is that white stuff is PURE MINERALS & VITAMINS that as pilled up from just siting there and settling down at the bottom. I honestly thought that just eating my Hawaiian spirulina pacifica tablets & clean chlorella tm was enough but it was not (cuz it was grown in a aquaponics bay) i eventually my whole body cramped up after just 90 days on my previous version of my diet ( however i did lose 100 lbs on it) You need more vitamins than you think .  Drink a lot of apple cider vinegar to absorb all your nutrition  and reverse your fatty liver. 


 

3. Malabsorption: I bet you heard that your to acidic and need to be more alkaline right? me too and boy I WAS WRONG! If you remember honestly where you first heard that from information from they where talking about BLOOD. Not the stomach , the stomach need to be VERY acidic in order to brake down all the food to its base vitamins & minerals . If the stomach is alkaline from lets say from drinking coconut water all the time you will never get the nutrients you need they will just pass right through. When i was drinking coconut water i eventually developed Candida all over my body which is a yeast over growth and i got i severe acid reflux all the time , leaky gut,  hell even my hair started thinning out but all the people said that's normal you body is just detoxing. 


gluten intolerance everyone has it just not as severe as celiac disease that's the last stage, example everyone that eats sugar is pre-diabetic the getting diabetes is just a severe case of it . As a human being you are not designed at all to eat any form of grains (only animals with 4 stomachs are) if you start seeing little freckles going down the top part your arm thats you bodies sign of telling you to stop eating gluten. watch them fade away when you stop eating gluten it takes a while i still have some . Its almost like if you seen people with i black neck that means you have a fatty liver and need to deal with it and yes i still have some as i'm not fully done yet but trust me it is way lighter shade than what it was b4.  Your liver can be 90% dead b4 you will ever have to go to the hospital and yes you will not absorb food properly if your liver is not working properly. 


4. Emotional eating : This doesn't require much explanation but i will try ,at some point ( my money is on childhood) food was there when nobody else was there.That's how it is with most addictions. If all else fails psilocybin mushrooms will brake your emotional attachment and heal your mind of all past guilts and trauma's if you allow it. ( Take only if legal in you area)


5. Lack of sleep: Your body will never produce the chemical you need for sleep while there is light anywhere that includes TV and indoor lighting . Perhaps your waking up to pee every 4 hours or so that has to with adrenal glands. The main reason most people can't sleep is stress . Your up all night thinking endlessly about solving something, so why is that ? here's your sign as best i can put it : if we were in the wild you saw a bear and it tried to eat you choose to fight or run away, but then that adrenaline rush went away after a while . However your problem is that think that bear is still chasing you and you adrenaline is always pumping 24/7 . in our age that we are in that imaginer bear is probably money, family, people, health . We are trying to solve the problem so that we can rest or in other words kill the bear. 


6. Addiction: addiction is the rejection of your family and friends when you needed them and that other thing was there . What? you thought i was going to say it was a chemical reaction that you crave cuz it's not. In rats they gave up there addiction when they where given the freedom to choice of what there hearts desired .Is all else fail magic mushrooms will reset you brain to stop the addiction in one or two doses.  


7. Hidden Foods That STOP Weight Loss: As stated above any sugar or carbs will not let you loose weight. also but not as much what the animal ate as well. if the cow is eating nothing but sugar and wheat you will be as well. buy only grass fed beef that has NOT been marinated in sugar & contains no nitrates. The reason they feed this animals the standard American diet is because you will gain an unlimited amount of weight insanely quick . Example it used to take a cow 20 plus years eating grass b4 we made the weight to be sold , nowadays it only take a couple years to do the same.  And of course zero gmo's and you will be needing your smart phone to read the qr code nowadays to even see if it has it.


 8. Too much calories* :calories do not cause weight gain just remove the sugar and carbs and don't bother counting , you will be fine until you hit a plateau in your weight loss. when you don't loss weight now we can focus on the calories BUT never before. when i was first starting to brake my sugar addiction i ate 10,000 calories a day and i still lost 4 lbs a day for a week until my body adapted to ketone's . I wish someone told me to eat butter and coconut oil (MTC OIL) before i did this as this would have prevented the mass eating and severe headache i got . the brain can instantly use mtc oil for fuel and that's what was happening as i ran out of fuel to run my brain but eventually found enough through all the other food i was eating .  just reduce the coconut oil you cook with to continue the weight loss . at first i need a lot of mtc oil to run properly and every 3 hours eventually after a few days you will see that you require less and less each day and can go longer without needing to eat . if you find yourself Hungary between meals its because your missing fat in your diet. 


9. Eating more than 2 meals per day : In order to maximize the weight loss it is best to restrict your meals down to once per day . please read i said meal not calories eat everything you were going to eat just do it once. example when i was a child i always wanted dessert and my mother told me to wait 3 hours after my dinner before i eat my sugary treat (horrible advice) . eating this way also adds several years to your life as proven in rats the triple there life span. also in poor people that can't afford food live the longest. 


10. Every thing is good in moderation myth: lets all take one shot of bleach and kill one person each its OK it good for you...just one though ( DON'T DO THIS I AM TAKING IT TO THE EXTREME TO PROVE MY POINT) Doing something wrong is still wrong no matter how much , if your steal one penny its the same as stealing the bank. the only difference is in the plane of causality . if anyone tries to justify this they are a Moral Relativist that does not know right from wrong ( see my other posts The What On Earth Is Happening analysis and deliberation for more details.) 


11. toxic overload: Most people know that the air inside there house if filthier than outside , and that water has viruses, pathogenic bacteria, cysts and parasites and extracts harmful chemicals such as fluoride  herbicides, pesticides, VOCs, organic solvents, radon 222 and trihalomethanes , rust, silt, sediment, foul taste and odors and unhealthy minerals such as lead and mercury. And yet we do nothing to purify it before taking it into our bodies , we just stressed the body to remove all this and much more while we are trying to loose weight i think not somethings got to give and your body will give out first. 


12 Exercise myth : you just need to exercise more and you can eat whatever you want this is wrong . Exercise has almost nothing to do with weight loss it's mostly in the diet . You body need to relax and feel at piece b4 you can loose weight if you go running around like your being chased by that imaginary bear you will never get you body to go off stress mode. second that's not water sweat coming out your head that's precious minerals and vitamins you now you need double your vitamin intake just to replenish for what you just used up. The only exercise you can eventually start doing is an extreme brief high intensity burst workout, like 30 secs to 1 minute max. Mainly like jumping or something you can very fast this will trigger all the human growth hormone you need when combined with the interment fasting your growth hormone can go up as much as 1000%. 


13. Not getting enough cholesterol : your hormones require cholesterol to be made, if your on medication to reduce your cholesterol you will die or get dementia . doctors are blaming the fireman for causing the fire ( so to speak) what i mean is they see cholesterol in people that die are high ( symptom) but they ignore the WHY (cause) is it high to begin with. Its high because you are missing some vitamin and your body is " plastering the dam" clogging your arteries to prevent it from killing you now, in hopes that one day you can get the minerals you need later to remove the cholesterol later. Of course if you don't do anything  eventually  the  veins will get plugged up and you will also die. It you remove the plaque before you fix your the tear in your veins(plaque) your will die of a heart attack. 



14. Quiting to soon: sadly some people will not make it past the 2nd day of this and say it does't work  , if you really want to change you need to want it as much as you want to breath under water, then you will be successful. don't cry to quit your already in pain get a reward from in it . this requires at any moment to change who you are for what you will become . 


Fat does not raise your insulin levels at all and should be your primary food source .



So now we are done with logic lets progress to rhetoric what to do about it. This is super simple  ZERO SUGARS , ZERO SIMPLE CARBS, only eat once per day ( intermittent fasting) . 


Here is an example of my meal. 5 brown organic eggs with the orange yolk , slow cooked with Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil OR Kerrygold natural Irish butter with Cayenne , bacon ( sugar free zero nitrates organic, grass fed) , sausage (sugar free , zero nitrate organic ,grass fed) my drink is Bragg Vinegar Apple Cider with 5 Drops Liquid Stevia from SweetLeaf ( Rinse your mouth with Rumford Aluminum Free Baking Powder 2 prevent tooth erosion) I wait a 1 hour or so b4 i take my 8 tablespoons of 100% raw organic cacao powder mixed with Dr Wallach's Youngevity Majestic Earth Herbal Rainforest plus Ultimate E.F.A. & Bulk Potassium Citrate Powder ( you need 4700mg a day to live just be careful with the dose no more that 1 teaspoon at a time) from Gluten Free You and Me & Starwest Botanicals Organic Turmeric Root Powder,50 tablets of clean chlorella tm or sl from healthy ranger &  Hawaiian spirulina pacifica 10 tablets.


I use my Spoonk acupressure mat to pull the stress out of my body but a regular massage also works. If that does't work just get some space go out in nature and walk around maybe find a place to meditate . 


If you don't want to eat meat than just change it to 10 cups of vegetables (spring mix) a day with coconut oil and the same supplements.
