MORNING WALK IS VERY ESSENTIAL FOR HEALTH

Morning walk is a good habit for all classes of people . It is a simple exercise and good for health and mentally . In the morning , the air is fresh and free from all sorts of noise and pollution . This pure environment makes an effort on the walkers health mind . A man indeed enjoys the beauties and solemnity of nature of morning.
