Whilst being fat or obese might not be sexy for me, it is for some - but I don't FEEL sexy when I'm uncomfortable from carrying around that little bit of extra weight, that's for sure. I just always try to eat good food and make sure I exercise - I'll never be svelte, but so far that's worked for me. Luckily I was raised with some good understanding of diet and exercise, but others struggle a lot more - what a rewarding career you have!
