of medication. Many people who suffer from hypertension are on blood pressure medication to work to control it.
However, if you’re the ideal weight, you may have much lower risk of suffering from hypertension.

Being the right weight will allow you to stay active for a lifetime, and this is ideal for you to have the highest possible quality of life. Being able to keep your weight where it needs to be is important for you to get in your daily exercise and to maintain an active lifestyle.
