Why and when to nap?
I like to sleep so much that sometimes I dream about sleeping.
Since I get roughly around 6h of 💤 per night, afternoon 😴 is a must for me.
Don't want to spread nocebo, but low sleep quality has been linked to anxiety, asthma and parkinson's disease among others...
