(1)Eat daily during an 8 hour window

Eat whatever you want, as much as you want, but don’t be stupid. Don’t eat what you know for a fact is equivalent to eating garbage, junk, toys or plastic. lol Choose more often than not to eat what you know to be wholesome food and skip the toy food and the stuff you recognize as junk. Choose to eat quantities that are satisfying, not debilitating.. Choose to combine foods that make sense, not that makes for diarrhea, vomiting or bellyaches.

No intake of calories for 16 hours, and consumption of food--solid and liquid--for 8. For me what works best is an 8 hour window of 12 noon to 8PM or from 11AM to 7PM. But find what works best for you by trial and error.

This pattern of eating fits the definition of intermittent fasting.

(2) Stop eating animal flesh--cooked or raw
(3) Eat more fresh raw fruit
(4) Eat more fresh raw or cooked vegetables
(5) Drop the dairy and/or grain

Try intermittent fasting as described in this post. Do it everyday for a month or 4 weeks. Once you have that down, continue forever, for as long as you are free to choose when you eat. Then add one of the remaining 4 consumption tips to your pattern of eating. Every month essentially you will be focusing your diet more and more on a pattern of consumption that can only lead to optimizing your health.

Intermittent fasting is a good place to start because it doesn’t really limit what you can eat, only when you eat. Of the 5 consumption patterns, I think it is the easiest to adopt. What do you think? Here are some thoughts from TannyRaw
