Dry Fruits are health treasure!!!

Health is wealth! You all must have heard it, Being very important our health plays an important role in life. A person is nothing without good health. So, keeping that in note today, I am up with certain easy and amazing health tips.

Talking about Dry fruits a bit expensive and really healthy little fruits. bearing Dry fruit's expense is way more easier than bearing hospital's expenditure. Isn't it?Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, dates, raisins etc. are traditionally known to be a powerhouse of nutrients. They are said to provide us with a host of health benefiting properties, if eaten in moderation.

On consuming only 5 types of dry fruits daily will grant you good health forever. and those are-
1. Almonds- Eat it raw or consume it with meals as this would help lower the glycemic index of the accompanying food.

i/ Beneficial for heart.
ii/Manages weight.
iii/Controls blood sugar level.
iv/Good for brain.

2.Walnuts-Consuming 4-7 pieces of walnut daily is considered healthy.

i/They have cancer fighting properties.
ii/Also known as brain fruit
iii/Good for skin and hair.

3/Brazil Nut- Consuming 2-3 Brazil nut daily is good for health

i/Healthy for heart
ii/have anti-cancer properties.
iii/Controls thyroid

4/Dates- Consuming 2-3 dates everyday is beneficial.

i/They are energy booster.
ii/ Rich in iron content.
ii/ They eases digestion.

5/Apricot-Adding it in daily meals or shakes with minimum quantity everyday enhances health

i/They makes skin and bone healthy.
ii/They are Antioxidants and Iron Rich.
iii/Good for eyes.

Adding all these dry fruits in diet daily will be a health booster. as their benefits are amazing and quantity is minimum for consumption as told can easily fit in your budget. and will reward you for longtime good health.

The content is written by lots of research from different books and sites. believing and following them will have no harm but excessive quantity is harmful!
