RE: Food pH - Cooking Changes Chemical Make Up

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Hi thanks for this. I think you mean eating more raw food when you said
2.) Cooking food - especially vegetables - releases water, oxygen, and fiber, which decreases the overall volume of the food. That means you will want to consume more cooked food than raw."

I try to get my water from glass bottles to avoid that stuff in plastic that causes estrogen in men.

Another really good way I know of getting your body more alkaline is taking fulvic acid. Sounds contradictory but works apparently. I have personally tried fulvic acid and it does wonders on your skin, hair, colon, brain, just about every system in your body. Replaces the microbes that gets lost in food.

Now if I can just get myself to do more pushups...

I hope you have a wonderful day! Following you definitely...

Thanks for your input!

We meant that as the volume of food decreases (by cooking), you want to consume more of it to get the same nutrients & satisfaction that you would get from that amount of raw food.

It is definitely worth considering the quality of your water source! Glass is an excellent choice because there are so many chemicals that leech out of plastic.

Fulvic acid must be like lemons and limes in how it actually breaks down in the body! How cool!!

Wishing you a wonderful day as well, @pjcswart!

Hi, thanks for your reply. OK gotcha makes total sense now.

Yeah glass is more expensive but better for you.

Fulvic acid is pretty cool. It has tons of microbes that just go everywhere and into everything in your body and fixes everything. It makes sure your cells absorb the right things and dispose the right things. So it kind of gets to the root of the problem I guess. I don't know all the scientific details but it works. It is basically made up of decomposed plant material

I hope you have a fun day.
