Getting In Shape, March 16th 💪🏻
It's been over a month since I last made a getting in shape post so I'm way overdue for one. Fortunately, I have been pretty good the past couple weeks. In my last post I was 225.6 lbs. Today I'm pleased to say I'm down to 221.2 lbs! I look forward to being in the 210's in the near future.
Down to 221.2 lbs from 227 lbs.
My Workouts This Week
This week I did a 10 mile run and 1 strength workout that consisted of:
- 5 sets of pull ups, until failure on each set
- 5 sets of push ups, 15 reps or until failure
- 4 sets of overhead dumbbell press with 30 lb dumbbells, 6 reps each
- 4 sets of 30 bicycle ab kicks
My first goal was to be 205 lbs by June 1st. I'm definitely going to be cutting it close. That's 16 lbs in 3 and a half months. Definitely doable but I have to stay focused.
I really hope to be in the 210's next week!
