Have you ever wondered how to increase the quality of your health in a cheap and easy way? There's four words that can do just that. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar. This sour and tart vinegar is hard to take down on the first try, but over time the taste seems to go from sour to sweet. If you mix a teaspoon of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with cold water once a day, you'll notice a difference after the first few weeks! Water is recommemed to mix because it dilutes the acidity of the apple cider vinegar. I recommend Bragg's brand because it has what is called "The Mother." The mother is a strand of proteins, enzymes, and friendly bacteria that bring a number of benefits to the body. Apple cider vinegar with "The Mother" helps to burn belly fat, stop heartburn, and even help digestion. I have been taking the mixture of one teaspoon of ACV with water once a day for a year and it has made all the difference. I do not reccommend taking more than one teaspoon at any time. The acid in the vinegar can do damage to the esophagus if too much is consumed. Although one teaspoon seems to be the perfect amount to take. Some other benefits include whitening teeth and freshening breath. When the mixture of Bragg's ACV and water is gargled for a short time (five to ten seconds) the ACV removes stains from teeth and whitens them. Doing this also removes germs that cause bad breath. So go ahead and give it a try! It may be the one ingredient your daily regiment is missing. I added Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar to my diet and it's here to stay. It's cheap, effective, and can improve your everyday life.
