Any grocery store has them fresh in the produce section. They are easy to fix, just different than say broccoli! I steam them in a steamer basket for about 40 minutes. It's not bad, just different. And they are delicious with mayo with balsamic vinegar or lemon butter to dip the leaves in!
And yes, there they were. I guess I didn't notice them before because I wasn't looking.
