Non veg diet plan for weight loss 6 to 10 kg in a month

Hi guide today I show a non veg diet for weight loss. All diet are related to fish , mitten. Chicken And egg.

First we take a glass of water with jera and half lemon with skin at earliest in the night and make sure Healthy-Diet-Plan.pngDeep all night and in the morning we took just warm the solution and take it.

In the break fast you take two boiled egg other wise boiled chicken with broklee . Broklee get steemed .you took 500 grams in the break fast. And a cup of coffee with cafien. After two hours eat two apples.

In the lunch you will get fruit salad. Like papaya,pineapple ,kiwi, updates, Piche,half mango. After half hour a cup of green tea.

In the dinner 250 grams roasted or grill fish other wise 2 egg bite without salt. After half hour take a cup of green tea

Note - those person who are suffering from constupation don't follow there diet.

This diet is also increase vitamin D in your body
Which is very helpful for our body and bons.
