F- Fruit and Veggies

They are the best source of vitqmins and minerals. They are low in calories, but high in fiber ( so you feel fuller, longer).

O- Organic Lean Protein
Organic meats mean that the animal are not treated with antibiotic or growth hormones. Hormones in meat can acne break outs. Lean, is important to remember when it comes to your protein, because you don't want to inclide fishes and white meat.

O- Omega 3 Fatty Acids
The good, healthy heart and brain fat! Food that naturally contain Omega 3's include fish, walnuts and soybeans. This fat is so great that many companies are now addind Omega 3's to products like milk and oil.

D- Drink Water
Our bodies arw composed of 60-70% water. Almost every organ needs it to replenish it. Plus its calorie free, and the eqrth creats plenty of it
