KETOGENIC DIET : Good or Harmful for you?

Happy New Year!

New list of new year's resolution is now posted on everyone's self and for sure, one of it is to diet (just like me :-P).

Ever heard of Ketogenic Diet? This type of diet is so widespread and popular in the internet for, many hollywood celebreties follow this kind of diet. But, is it really safe for us, common people to follow this kind of diet?

Ketogenic diet, is a type of diet wherein meat and fats (yes! you heard it right, F.A.T.S) is the only secret to get slim fast, together with excersise.

The big question is how can fats help you get slim?

A keto diet is well known for being a low carb diet, where the body produces ketones in the liver to be used as energy. It’s referred to as many different names – ketogenic diet, low carb diet, low carb high fat (LCHF).

So far, many studies shows that Ketogenic Diet is effective and highly accepted in the medicinal world.

I just started my Ketogenic Diet and already consulted a doctor before entering. Hoping that this will be effective and sooner or later, results will be achieved. My target is at 75kgs, and it starts today!

I watched kMJS last night and i learned that it was meant for something and not for diet : /

I'm on diet too hehe.

i really hate diet. I love eating much. and I'm thankful I'm not a fat person.

I did fruit diet after giving birth and it works too.But I will tell my husband to try this kind of diet.

I want to try this. But need to consult my doctor first.
