After @rmsbodybuilding killer day I knew I had to push myself harder today!
Daily Challenge Complete-Wednesday 2/21/18
Today's workout:
Push Ups-110
Calf Raises- 150
Shoulder Shrugs- 120
Tricep Extensions-200
Standing Ab Twist-300 (trying to get abs before the summer LOL)
Lunges-60
Tricep Kickbacks-80
Bicep Curls-70
Chest press w/resistance band-90
Total =1,180
I seriously cannot explain how much this group pushes and motivate me to keep working harder. I love this fitness community and the support and encouragement will help us achieve our goals.
