I completely believe in the power of yoga! I've been practicing since I was 15 (30+ yrs) and often only for 15 minutes a day, but it's made ALL the difference for me. Thanks for continuing to share your yoga teachings xoxo

I'm really glad to hear about your practice, @natureofbeing! Seriously, even 15 minutes can totally reset the system. Or even a minute or two in a few choice poses!
