Nice way to use up those lemon peels instead of just composting them!I think it will add a nice zest to our homemade salad dressing so I think I'll give it a whirl next time I make up a batch. I'll have to remember that too that the lemons are good for healthy skin and use some of that lemon infused oil when I make my skin lotion. Thanks for sharing!
