Fitness: 19th July 2022 + A Did You Know Fitness Question
Today was another pleasant morning though the rains paid a brief visit. The roads were wet but nothing too bad for a walk. Since there was no rush, I could go on for a longer walk at a leisurely pace.
The morning wasn't as hectic as yesterday, so it was a fairly get up and get going mode for me. I notice that there are runners who brave the rains, too, which is such an incredible thing. At times, I take inspiration from these runners, which gets me going too. Sometimes I decide to run even if I had initially thought of walking.
So, what all did I do today?
As already mentioned, walking was my choice of regime today. I did a longer one at five kilometers instead of the regular one or two. If not for the wet roads, I would have loved to run. In the time I took to walk, I could have quickly done a twelve-kilometer running. But then again, no regrets about how the morning went by.
I had a busy schedule for the day, so I had to make do with whatever time I could get for weights. I did manage about fifteen minutes of weights focusing on my arms and shoulder. I realize that fifteen minutes of something is better than nothing. Anyway, after that, a couple of planks and pushups were also added to spice up the morning regime.
Finally, I wound up the workouts with a few sessions of Ho'oponopono. Here is my write-up on the topic for those wanting to learn more about Ho'oponopono.

Anyway, that's it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
