Banana is a fruit which belongs to a plant of Musa family. It is cultivated for food as well as for production of fibers, tissue thin tea bags and also for ornamental purposes in some countries.

This sweet creamy fruit is favorite among the people of all ages around the world. It consists of mainly sugar and fiber. They are also rich source of vitamin B6, vitamin C and potassium. Banana is famous for being source of instant energy.

There are many wonderful health benefits of bananas. Most important ones are given below:

Bananas provide instant energy:

As bananas contain many minerals and vitamins. Therefore they are great source of natural energy. If we eat only two bananas, it would provide enough energy to exercise for an hour.

Bananas provide potassium:

Bananas are rich in potassium and they help our circulatory system to deliver oxygen to our brain. They are also helpful in maintaining heartbeat and water balance of our body. They are also helpful in reducing strokes. The potassium also boost our brain power.

Well Brother Munawar, after reading the various health benefits of this wonderful fruit i am convinced that Banana is the great blessing of the God. I wasn't aware of it's benefit to reduce the BP, quite interesting. Being a patient of High blood pressure i am gonna have two bananas after every 6 hours.
