Hey buddy I feel your pain. It sounds like a lot of it comes from financial stress like losing your business. Thats rough burden to carry around especially for a man and provider of a family. It also wounds your pride, which if you havent figured out is foolish and youll get over that. I go to music when I get anxiety. So dont let that dust collect you are such a talented player and composer. Great songs come out during the hardest struggles of your life. Diet and exercise will help.
