Kidney maintains the extra water of our body. It also mainatains the level of minerals in the body and proper implementation of red blood cells and blood pressure.
To keep the body healthy, it is very important to work properly in the kidney.
If the kidney is not working properly then it can be tested through some common symptoms.
Changes in color and quantity of urine, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, respiratory problems, fatigue, bad breath, etc. are some of the symptoms that can be detect the kidney health and its function.
These common habits are caused by the problem of kidney damage -
1. Processed food
Those people who consumes much of the processed foods may have this problem because processed food contains high levels of phosphorus and sodium. These have negative effects on the kidney.
2. Smoking
Smoking promotes hypertension, but also increases heart rate and slowing blood flow. Smoking also causes many blood vessels to shrink, which is the cause of many problems.
If you keep away from the bad habit of smoking, you can avoid kidney diseases to a large extent.
3. Alcohol
Alcohol is harmful to the body, we all know it. Such people who take 4 to 5 drinks during the day have to face the problem related to the kidney. That is why avoid taking excessive alcohol should be avoided.
4. Sitting for long period
Siting for long hours or sitting in the same posture invites kidney problems. Physical exercise and walking is important for your kidney. The activity of the body increases the level of metabolism that helps in keeping the disease free.
5. Too much meat
A certain amount of animal protein is beneficial for the body but if you use it more than you can then it can have a bad effect on your kidney.
Even if you are non vegetarian, you should use it with vegetables in a balanced way.
6. Do not drink too much water
Water is life and the maximum amount of water is helpful for the body , but if you are suffering from kidney disease in some way then you should drink only a small quantity of water, especially a certain amount of kidney stones.
Drinking water can be consulted by the doctor.
7. Vitamin B6 deficiency
A healthy and balanced diet is better for kidney. Due to the lack of vitamin B6 in the body, kidney stones can cause problems.
You can use fish, starchy vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potato etc. in balanced amounts.
Fruit consumed without citric acid can also be consumed.
8. Do not emptying your bladder on time
Preventing urination also damages the kidney. Due to this habit, problems like infection and kidney failure can come up.
9. Caffeine
A small amount of caffeine, which benefits the body, damages the kidneys with its excess amount. Its direct connection is blood pressure and kidney damage.
10. Lack of sleep
6 to 8 hours sleep is very good for health. Tissues have the ability to regenerate during sleep, which protects internal organs and protects the body from kidney damage and blood pressure.
