Hello to all Steemians!

I’m very happy because next week I will see my first baby born! This will be my last challenge being pregnant and what better way to celebrate this beautiful moment than with my return to the healthy dessert challenge sponsored by @healthsquared and @sweetsssj. In this opportunity I will be teaching you some recipes where we will be using ingredients that our beautiful nature gives us, these ingredients will be full of benefits that will help us stay healthy, I will share with you the benefits of some of them.

It’s very important to know that "dessert" doesn’t always have to mean unhealthy foods. There are many ways to eat desserts using ingredients that bring benefits to our health. There are several natural ingredients that give us that sweet taste like bananas and honey.

They don’t have to be complicated recipes, I will show you desserts that are easy to make, and with many positive contributions to our body.

I hope you have learned a lot from these recipes which I had saved and I am very happy to share it with you. I hope you can do them in your homes, I would like that a lot. I am sure that I will return to participate in these wonderful healthy challenges and I promise to show my little baby.

Nutritious bars of peanut butter

INGREDIENTS

150 g of oats
50 g honey
50 g peanut butter

Steps:

  • Mix honey with peanut butter
  • Incorporate the mixture of honey and peanut butter with the oats, slowly not all at the same time.
  • make a homogeneous mass with your hands
  • Wet the hands so that the dough doesn’t stick
  • Flatten in a bowl and put in the fridge for 20 minutes

Why is honey better than sugar?..

  • Honey Contains Some Nutrients
  • Honey is a sweet, thick liquid made by honeybees.
  • The bees swarm their environment and collect the sugar-rich nectar of flowers.

Mugcake choco banana

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Bannna
  • 2 teaspoon o cocoa powder without sugar

Steps:

1- Crush the banana with a fork
2- Add the egg
3- Add two teaspoons cocoa powder and mix
4- Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Coconut and banana balls

INGREDIENTS

Steps:

1- Crush two banana
2- Add 12 tablespoons of coconut to the 2 bananas and mix
3- Add two tablespoons of oat powder to give better consistency to the mixture
4- Make the balls, place on a tray and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

Why would I recommend eating coconut?

  • Fights bacteria
  • Helps regulate blood pressure
  • Good ally to combat fluid retention.
  • Good for weight loss
  • Its oil has very beneficial properties for the skin
  • Energy properties
  • It is effective in combating stress because it has soothing properties.
  • It contains numerous minerals, but among them we must highlight the presence of potassium.
  • It's a good source of energy for our muscles.
  • It is a good ally of our skin, it is also beneficial for our hair source /div>
