I'd like to share some simple tweaks that have made all the difference in my life when it comes to energy levels, creativity, inspiration and general level of well-being and happiness. Not to mention a consistently high sex drive.


This post will cover the most important one: STOP EJACULATING.


There's a ton of research and anecdotal evidence on how bad masturbation to porn is for you. But that conversation stays at the surface level, focusing on how masturbating to porn desensitizes you to the real thing leading to erectile dysfunction and so on.

What is not talked about is the actual ejaculation and how extremely detrimental it is to your happiness, well-being, energy and clarity.

All we hear from the medical community is that it's healthy for you to ejaculate regularly, based on a slight but irrelevant correlation between frequent ejaculation and prostate cancer. On the other side we have the fitness community that only cares about whether or not ejaculation lowers your testosterone - something masturbation has been shown to do while sex doesn't. So ejaculation is supposedly fine as long as you're actually having sex.

It's rare to hear any contradicting opinions on this because it's rare that anyone actually go more than a few days, if that, between ejaculations.

Most of us are simply addicted to ejaculating, period.


We don't know what we don't know, and the sad part here is that a lot of guys go to the grave not knowing what's it's like to break this addiction. Just the thought of it makes guys uncomfortable, and automatically triggers responses like "I don't believe in that stuff, I'm perfectly happy as it is anyway".

I know from experience, lived like that for many years until I actually decided to stop. Not to try, not to "give it a shot", but actually stop ejaculating for 30 days and see what would happen.

Looking back, I can't believe I waited so long. In a matter of 2-3 weeks my zest for life went through the roof. I was horny like a teenager again, my creativity and energy levels spiked and most importantly I realized how happy I had become.

EJACULATION CAUSES DEPRESSION, CASE CLOSED.


This is not only my personal opinion or experience, everyone else I talk to who've been through this report the same thing. Ejaculating makes you fucking miserable.

If this sounds intriguing I'd be happy to elaborate more in detail, give some tips to make it easier etc. Just let me know. If you're interested I strongly recommend you give it a shot, there is a high chance that you'll feel like a completely different human being in a couple of weeks from now.

It’s no mistake that they call a male orgasm “La Petit Mort” in French. This means “The little death.” One of the saddest parts of humanity right now is that it has become the “norm” for a male to masturbate on a daily basis.

I have firm beliefs that if male masturbation was reduced, the entire state of the world would change in drastic positive ways. Watch what happens to your Qi and your entire aura if you can hold in your Qi for weeks, and eventually months. Your entire vibe will change.

Absolutely agree, great comment! I think a big hurdle is that the extremely positive effects are hard to convey with words and must be experienced. Inbetween addictions to ejaculation and instant gratification in general we just don't have that great of an incentive to test this out...

Hey, bro. Great post. I have already figured it out some time ago, basically how not ejaculating gives us more motivation and resolve to do anything - even resolve to basically have sex. Nice to see more people thinking alike ;)
