I have been watching documentaries about health and diets this week on the NETFLIX , and I am right now watching one its called What The Health .
Ok its SCARY !
I recommend it for everyone to watch and we really need to do something
All the time while watching I ve been thinking about my children and the children around the world , we didn't consume all these positions in our childhood and thr number of sick ppl are increasing in our generation more than our parents and grandparents
Now we have to something about our children's diet !
They still have alot to do in their lives and a full life to live and this live will be built on the foundation we put in their early years !
Am actually sharing this with my contact list and said i have to share it with u too .
God helps us with that !
