Today was supposed to be a decent vegetable soup kind of day.... ended up at McDonalds :(

Well don't beat yourself up over it. That only makes it worse! One meal at McD's isn't going to ruin everything. Just make the next meal a healthier choice and you'll start making progress :) Find what is sustainable for you!
