"Heal thy self"... healthy self....

When the average individual falls sick what do they do?

❌They look for something to take, or for a doctor to tell them what is wrong & what to take...

Who spends the most time with you? Who knows what you ate yesterday or today? Or how often you eliminate & what you felt like in the morning? You do!

💰So why are we going to a second party, an outside source? A stranger with monetary incentive programs?

Allopathic practices are symptom based... they examine your symptom (reaction / manifestation) to wrong foods/environment & they proceed to treat / suppress or eliminate that symptom (with chemical drugs usually)....

🍕What about the ROOT cause? Just because they made the "symptom" go away, does not mean any healing took place...it's quite the opposite... now your body has the symptom suppression to deal with...

What about addressing the reason that caused your symptom to manifest in the first place? How is this most important aspect overlooked by the allopathic community?

Ehret quoted "if something is wrong with someone, look first to the stomach"....

🍔Now I say " if something is wrong with someone, look first to the fork"!!

Symptoms can take 10-35+ years to manifest from continual ingestion of incompatible foods...

what you ingest consistently is most likely the cause of your pain...simple...

There's where your answer lies... No doctor can fix that root cause but YOU!....You have to un-create what you created...

🍎You have to slowly revert back to your natural origins in order to heal...

If you take medications, they will suppress & drive the symptoms your experiencing deep within only for you to deal with at a later date....

Medication is not the answer, a lifestyle change is...

🍋Anyone can get there, you just have to start from where you are in this moment... make small improvements & better choices ....
Overtime your health will take a turn for the better...

🐄Start by cutting out the worst inflammatory/ mucus forming foods ... Dairy & flesh...Replace them with some type of plant milk or veggie burger to begin with & then slowly eliminate plant milk altogether - because why do we even need milks to begin with? Milk is baby food...It's too high in everything the body doesn't need...

We humans have been programmed & plagued with this thought that we need major variety for health & happiness... this type of thinking is tearing down our health... what we need is simplicity...

🌿Health is obtainable & if we can all become the best versions of ourselves through eating the foods designed for our species ... everything falls into place....

The mind & body function optimally... better decisions & choices get made in your daily life, you interact with others on a whole new level & all of this radiates.... a ripple effect...changing your own world will help change the world at large...

🌼it all begins & ends with you... we all deserve better than what we currently see in the world today...we all deserve health as we were all equally mislead in terms of diet & our bodies requirements...

Nice words Mariah, its always nice to be reminded of why we are choosing the life we live. Especially when it is not "normal" in our society.

I hope that one day when we go out for a nice meal, it will be problematic for people to have the dairy and flesh option. Like it is now in some places to ask for the vegan option.

I do feel like it is becoming more common though, and in my job i deliver to a lot of restaurants and cafes who are making it easier to stick to a plant based diet and enjoy food out.
