I hear you have now turned to a diet containing animal products because you did not find health on a vegan diet?

There’s no such thing as a vegan diet!

Vegan is an ethical stance, a Vegan avoids animal products within their diet as for ethical reasons, however, any other foods under the sun is acceptable to eat because it’s not about human dietary health, it’s about the health & wellbeing of the animals...

One “vegan” could be eating vegan junk food such as soy, lots of bread, rice & beans....

Another “vegan” could be eating fruits & vegetables...

Some other “vegan” could be eating fast food vegan burgers for every meal ...

How can one state that they tried a vegan diet, & it didn’t work? It’s an impossibility, as no two vegans eat remotely alike, there are no “guidelines” or “standards” set for a vegan diet...

So there’s a video, of a guy, & he tried a “vegan diet” for a few months!! He felt awful, so he tried fruitarian for a couple months & a few other diets in between...after all this yo-yoing, he decides to eat meat again & reported to have immediately felt better...

The message he wishes to portray is that a vegan diet is dangerous, and a diet rich in fruits is dangerous....

What’s wrong with this picture? what are we missing & why did he feel better turning to meat?

I’ll tell you what’s wrong with this picture, this video is gaining momentum as some type of proof, even though it lacks details of what he actually was eating & overlooks some important truths...

If one eats a diet high in fats, this diet will often suppress symptoms & often give the individual the illusion of health - in reality, fats are lipid /anti inflammatory, & do not help to heal any health condition, but will provide the illusion of health for a relatively short period of time, while creating health issues simultaneously...

If one eats a diet high in meats for example, you may feel a surge in artificial strength & energy as the body quickens (meats are stimulating) as the body expels the harmful digestive by products ...

We can often feel better health wise , before our health takes a dive, or we can often feel worse (detoxification) health wise, before our bodies heal... this is confusing I get that...

The individual that eats a diet rich in rice, grains & junk is not going to feel well for very long, & often, health issues of someone who eats in this manner can be worse than the individual who eats animal products because the complex carbs are highly constipating ...

Does this automatically mean animal products are healthy??

No!

It just means that this individual lacks the correct dietary information, as to how specific foods react within the human body... bouncing around from diet to diet is hardly enough proof to draw any real conclusions...

I’ve got news for everyone !

Your not going to feel well on animal products (and if you think you do, it’s only a matter of time until you don’t), your not going to feel well on a junk food “vegan” diet, a paleo diet, keto diet or a diet full of soy & rice or any diet really, why?

Because every food mentioned is acid forming, mucus forming, dehydrating, encumbering & detrimental to human health to various degrees...we can counteract the affects with eating little & including other healthy dietary habits or routines, but this still doesn’t change facts ...

Cold hard fact:

The foods that do not harm human health are fruits, greens, veggies, & herbs... any foods outside of these mentioned, are not health promoting ...

Yes, this includes high protein nuts, seeds, wheat, beans, etc., eat these foods if you like them, but have no illusions, they do not promote health, they are just tasty with side effects...

Another cold hard fact:

you must put in the time & go through an individual amount of hardship as you cleanse toxicity within from past diets & eating habits, in order to reap the benefits from a low protein, plant based diet, or a diet rich in fruits ...

And guess what?

Heres the irony !!

Put anyone on a diet rich in fruits from a previous diet rich in high protein foods, (plant or animal ) and they will most likely deal with many aches & pains & periods of hardship (detoxification symptoms), and if they don’t understand the process they will blame the healthy foods for their pain, and not their past dietary choices...or, put anyone on a proper transition diet, and they are going to have to deal with cravings, over eating , parasite removal, and other symptoms as the body adjusts and heals ...

Unless you learn the process, what to expect & how each food group reacts within the human body, your going to be grasping at straws and nothing will ever appear to be working for you...

Show me eye photos (Iridology) of any X- vegan who has turned to animal products, I can guarantee that I can show that these people are not living in good health as they claim... they most likely feel that stimulating effect that cooked animal flesh has on the body, they are feeling some symptom relief from eliminating constipating rice, nuts, breads & beans for example, but I can guarantee they are not living in good health, as that is an impossibility - natural law - laws of nature - truth - everyone pays a price eventually with their health...

So please, spare us the X Vegan videos , they are not contributing to a healthier planet, or aiding people along their journeys towards health, they serve as confusion programs at best...
